I'm a personal trainer, husband, and most importantly a busy dad who loves helping busy adults get fit and feel their best. After 7 years in the Air Force, and a brief stint in the corporate world, I realized the need to follow my passion and make a real difference.

During the journey, I completed over 30 marathons (including Boston 3 times), and managed to lose more than 30 pounds while being a full-time dad and business owner. Through my experience I've learned how the right mix of fitness, nutrition, and accountability can change your life.
