You've probably tried the other way before; programs built as if you still have the time that you had in your 20s (before kids and responsibilities), hour-long, all-out sessions you abandon halfway through, daily workouts that leave your joints aching instead of stronger, expensive equipment gathering dust in the corner, and meal plans that leave you bloated from an obscene amount of protein — or so hungry you're raiding the pantry at night.
This isn't that. It's built for a busy dad's actual life:
20-minute workouts you can actually finish.
20-minute (yes, really) meals that are easy to follow, and that the whole family will enjoy.
Daily tracking sheets that keep you accountable. Print them out, stick them where you'll see them, and watch your habits transform.
Habits that make it stick: sleep, hydration, nutrition, movement, and gratitude.

The 12-Week Get Fit Plan - 12 unique workouts in 3 phases, designed for progressive overload so difficulty increases as your strength and stamina improve, with tracking to measure your progress and improvements.
Busy Dad Fitness Master Recipe Guide - no complicated recipes with ingredients you've never heard of, and no chicken, broccoli, and rice on repeat pretending it's new. Cook once or twice a week, then mix-and-match proteins, veggies, spices, and sauces all week so meals stay interesting.
Ultimate Vacation Survival Guide - how to stay on track on family trips, so a 7-day vacation doesn't undo 12 weeks of work.
Video Demo Hub - no guessing on form; you'll see demos for each workout so you know exactly how each move should be performed.
Ultimate Guide to Eating Out - ordering and menu guidance at places you actually eat, so date night or a company lunch doesn't derail you from the plan.
Ultimate Supplement Guide - nutrition & exercise will get you 99% of the way, but for those that want that extra 1%, this guide will tell you which supplements to use based on scientific studies, and which ones just give you really expensive pee.

How it Works
To keep this fair, refund requests go through three straightforward criteria:
1. Do the work: Follow the 12-week plan — the 20-minute workouts, the batch-cook meals, and the daily habits — and fill out the tracking sheets included in the program.
2. Track it honestly: Log your workouts and daily habits — sleep, hydration, nutrition, movement, and gratitude — so we can see what actually happened.
3. Email us within 30 days: If you're not feeling the difference, email us your completed tracking sheets at [email protected] and we'll review them.
If the work was done and the results didn't come, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. No hoops, no runaround.
The bottom line: I take on the risk so you can try this with confidence. If you put in the work, I believe the results will follow.
